Privacy Policy
Outfai is a digital wardrobe app. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. The short version: your photos and data belong to you, everything is private by default, we don't sell data, and this version of the app contains no ads and no tracking. Türkçe metin için tıkla.
What we collect
- Account: your email address and a user ID (authentication). If you use Sign in with Apple, we receive the identifier Apple provides.
- Wardrobe content: photos of your clothes, item details (category, colors, season, notes, optional brand text and price), outfits, and your wear diary entries.
- Avatar data (optional, consent-based): a selfie you provide and optional body details (height, weight, build, gender presentation). We ask for explicit consent before any selfie upload. The selfie is used once to generate your avatar and is deleted from storage immediately after generation. Generated avatar and try-on images are private to your account.
- Purchase status: whether you have an active subscription (via RevenueCat and Apple). We never see your payment details.
- What we do NOT collect in this version: no location, no contacts, no advertising identifiers, no third-party analytics, no tracking across apps. The app shows no ads.
How we use your data
To provide the app's features: storing your wardrobe, generating cleaned/studio images of your garments, suggesting outfits from your own wardrobe, keeping your wear diary, and generating your avatar and try-on previews. AI image and text processing is performed server-side; your images are sent to our AI provider (Google Gemini API) only to produce the requested result and are not used by us to train models.
Where your data lives
Data is stored with Supabase (hosted in the EU, Frankfurt) in private storage. Photos are served through short-lived signed URLs; face-related images use stricter, shorter-lived access. Processors we use: Supabase (database, storage, authentication), Google (Gemini API, AI processing), RevenueCat (subscription status), Apple (payments).
Your choices and rights
- Export: Settings > Data & Account > Export my data gives you your data as JSON.
- Delete: Settings > Data & Account > Delete Account permanently removes your database records and all stored photos.
- Consent: you can revoke face-photo consent anytime in Settings > Privacy; this blocks new avatar generations. You can also delete generated avatars.
- Depending on where you live (e.g., GDPR in the EU, KVKK in Türkiye), you have rights of access, correction, deletion, and objection. Contact us at support@outfai.co.
Retention
Your content is kept while your account exists. Source selfies are deleted right after avatar generation. If you delete your account, data is removed immediately from live systems; encrypted backups expire on a rolling basis within 30 days.
Children
Outfai is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We will update this page and the effective date when the policy changes. Material changes (e.g., introducing ads or analytics) will be announced in the app.
Gizlilik Politikası
Outfai bir dijital gardırop uygulamasıdır. Kısa özet: fotoğrafların ve verilerin sana aittir, her şey varsayılan olarak gizlidir, verini satmayız; uygulamanın bu sürümünde reklam ve takip yoktur.
Neleri topluyoruz
- Hesap: e-posta adresin ve bir kullanıcı kimliği. Apple ile giriş kullanırsan Apple'ın ilettiği tanımlayıcıyı alırız.
- Gardırop içeriği: kıyafet fotoğrafların; parça bilgileri (kategori, renk, sezon, not, isteğe bağlı marka metni ve fiyat), kombinlerin ve giyim günlüğü kayıtların.
- Avatar verisi (isteğe bağlı, açık rızaya tabi): verdiğin selfie ve isteğe bağlı beden bilgileri (boy, kilo, vücut tipi, cinsiyet). Selfie yüklemeden önce açık rıza isteriz. Selfie yalnızca avatarını üretmek için bir kez kullanılır ve üretim biter bitmez depolamadan silinir. Üretilen avatar ve deneme görselleri yalnızca senin hesabına özeldir.
- Satın alma durumu: aktif aboneliğin olup olmadığı (RevenueCat ve Apple aracılığıyla). Ödeme bilgilerini hiçbir zaman görmeyiz.
- Bu sürümde TOPLAMADIKLARIMIZ: konum, rehber, reklam tanımlayıcısı, üçüncü taraf analitik, uygulamalar arası takip yok. Uygulamada reklam yoktur.
Verini nasıl kullanıyoruz
Uygulamanın işlevleri için: gardırobunu saklamak, kıyafet görsellerini temizleyip stüdyo görünümlü fotoğraflar üretmek, yalnızca kendi gardırobundan kombin önermek, giyim günlüğünü tutmak, avatarını ve deneme önizlemelerini üretmek. AI görsel/metin işleme sunucu tarafında yapılır; görsellerin, yalnızca istediğin sonucu üretmek için AI sağlayıcımıza (Google Gemini API) iletilir ve tarafımızca model eğitiminde kullanılmaz.
Verin nerede
Veriler Supabase'te (AB — Frankfurt) özel depolamada tutulur. Fotoğraflar kısa ömürlü imzalı bağlantılarla sunulur; yüzle ilgili görsellerde daha sıkı ve daha kısa ömürlü erişim uygulanır. Kullandığımız işleyiciler: Supabase (veritabanı, depolama, kimlik doğrulama), Google (Gemini API, AI işleme), RevenueCat (abonelik durumu), Apple (ödeme).
Hakların
- İndirme: Ayarlar > Veri & Hesap > Verimi indir.
- Silme: Ayarlar > Veri & Hesap > Hesabımı sil — veritabanı kayıtlarını ve depolanan tüm fotoğrafları kalıcı olarak siler.
- Rıza: yüz fotoğrafı rızanı Ayarlar > Gizlilik'ten dilediğin an geri çekebilirsin; yeni avatar üretimi durur. Üretilmiş avatarları da silebilirsin.
- KVKK (Türkiye) ve GDPR (AB) kapsamında erişim, düzeltme, silme ve itiraz haklarına sahipsin: support@outfai.co.
Saklama
İçeriğin hesabın var olduğu sürece saklanır. Kaynak selfie'ler avatar üretiminden hemen sonra silinir. Hesabını silersen veriler canlı sistemlerden anında kaldırılır; şifreli yedekler en geç 30 gün içinde döngüsel olarak sona erer.
Çocuklar
Outfai 13 yaş altına yönelik değildir; bilerek çocuk verisi toplamayız.
Değişiklikler
Politika değiştiğinde bu sayfa ve yürürlük tarihi güncellenir. Önemli değişiklikler (ör. reklam veya analitik eklenmesi) uygulama içinde duyurulur.
